Service Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Service Supervisor to join our team at More Yogurt. You will support daily operations, ensure high service standards, and help drive the outlet’s profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist management with daily operational matters and motivate team members.
• Ensure staff follow company SOPs and maintain a high level of cohesiveness.
• Support forecasting, scheduling, and profitability evaluation.
• Plan routine cleaning, conduct inventory checks, and uphold food hygiene and safety standards.
• Execute equipment maintenance schedules and perform routine inspections.
• Resolve service disruptions and handle customer complaints effectively.
• Oversee outlet opening and closing preparation during operating hours.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in KTV, restaurant service, or retail.
• Certificate in Food & Beverage service or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
