ServiceNow Technical Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Engineer to join our Singapore team on a contract basis. You will work directly with technical teams, business stakeholders, and customer representatives to deliver end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions for an enterprise client.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Customize applications, workflows, business processes and create scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions).
• Build and support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub and MID Server.
• Support modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, HRSD, Discovery and Service Catalog based on customer needs.
• Configure and maintain Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Service Catalog workflows.
• Perform unit testing, SIT/UAT support, defect resolution and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot application, workflow and integration issues and produce technical documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on ServiceNow implementation and development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer and application development.
• Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third‑party enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with ITIL/IT Service Management processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customer stakeholders.
• Willingness to work onsite in Singapore for the contract duration.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) are preferred.
