Site Coordinator

About the role

The Site Coordinator will oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule and to quality standards. Reporting to management, you will act as the main point of contact between workers, clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track site progress, guaranteeing efficiency and quality.
• Assign daily tasks to workers and conduct briefings.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety procedures.
• Provide regular updates to internal divisions and senior management.
• Respond to client feedback and inquiries, maintaining strong relationships.
• Control purchases, manage inventory and stock levels.
• Identify and resolve operational issues on the site.
• Prepare and submit activity reports and performance updates.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Professional experience in site coordination or similar operational roles.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make timely decisions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
