About the role
We are looking for a proactive Site Engineer to join Newcon Builders and oversee daily construction activities across our projects island‑wide in Singapore. The role involves planning, implementing and monitoring work schedules while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily site activities and progress, aligning with master and detailed work programmes.
- Coordinate with various departments and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of site work.
- Supervise on‑site execution, enforce safety protocols, and resolve engineering or technical issues.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and up‑to‑date records.
Required profile
- Diploma or Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision under tight schedules.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
