Site Engineer – Construction Projects (Singapore)

About the role

As a Site Engineer you will oversee the execution of construction projects across Singapore, ensuring on‑site operations run smoothly and projects are delivered on time. This full‑time, permanent role is key to supporting the company’s growth and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction teams on site.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues to keep schedules on track.
• Ensure all construction work complies with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to address concerns and facilitate seamless delivery.
• Review and approve technical drawings, permits and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and provide progress reports to management.
• Guide and support junior engineers and site personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction role.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and relevant regulations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and project management abilities.
• Highly organised with the capacity to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder liaison.
