Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Site Engineer to join our construction team in Singapore. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will support the Project Manager in daily site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with day‑to‑day site management and coordination.
• Lead and supervise site teams of up to 25 personnel, ensuring clear communication and task allocation.
• Prepare daily reports, plan and schedule activities, and coordinate subcontractors.
• Maintain strong relationships with all relevant parties, including clients, consultants and authorities.
• Ensure site safety compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Manage site documentation, including drawings, specifications, engineering calculations and procedural records.
• Develop monthly work schedules and set productivity targets.
• Conduct Material Take‑Off (MTO) and monitor the List of Materials (LOM) to track project progress.
• Disseminate technical specifications to superintendents and supervisors.
• Participate actively in all site meetings.

Required profile

• Professional engineering qualification or equivalent experience in construction.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to produce accurate daily reports and schedules.
• Good communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
