Site Project Manager

About the role

Jungheinrich Singapore is seeking a dynamic Site Project Manager to lead the implementation of warehouse and material handling projects. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards while collaborating closely with sales, contractors, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project implementation from sales hand‑over to final delivery, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality compliance.
• Design and calculate solutions, conduct site surveys, and become the expert for racking systems and related equipment.
• Manage subcontractors, oversee workmanship, and resolve post‑implementation defects.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, and suppliers to align expectations and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance for machine‑to‑software integration and support the Central Quality department with supplier feedback.
• Develop relationships with local suppliers and assembly teams, and conduct yearly quality analyses of suppliers and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a diploma with project‑management certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a project environment, preferably with exposure to ASRS, conveyor, AGV or similar systems.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work on construction sites when required.
