Site Services Specialist I

About the role

ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation. As a Site Services Specialist I, you will support clinical trial sites by managing logistics, resolving site-related issues and making sure sites have the resources they need to run trials effectively. The role is based at the Singapore Loyang office 60% of the time and at home 40%, with a standard 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday schedule; occasional Saturdays and public holidays may be needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide logistical and operational support to clinical trial sites, ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies
• Help resolve site issues, troubleshoot operational problems and ensure adherence to study protocols
• Work with cross-functional teams to keep communication between trial sites and ICON teams smooth
• Track site performance metrics and report on them to support study timelines and goals
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable regulatory requirements

Required profile

• Singapore citizen or permanent resident
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare administration or clinical research
• Experience in site management, clinical operations or a related field is preferred
• Fluent in English and Chinese (read, write and speak)
• Legal right to work in Singapore

Required skills

• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, GCP and regulatory requirements is a plus
• Problem-solving and organisational skills, able to manage several tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
