Site Superintendent – Construction Projects

About the role

The Site Superintendent will lead the erection, operation and safety management of launching equipment for guideway projects across Singapore. You will coordinate with the launcher supplier, traffic management teams and delivery partners to ensure seamless, on‑schedule execution.

Key responsibilities

• Erect launching equipment in line with the Launcher Supplier Operations and Maintenance Manual.
• Oversee overall operation of launching equipment and accessories, ensuring safe execution of guideway launching works.
• Verify segment installation tolerances meet Project Document requirements.
• Maintain quality standards that exceed project specifications.
• Conduct daily safety toolbox meetings with the launcher team and enforce Local Safety Authority regulations.
• Schedule and manage traffic management to support segment delivery without delay.
• Ensure access routes, piers, bearing upstands and anchoring devices are ready and compliant for launch activities.
• Coordinate segment delivery to keep launching works on schedule.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction sites involving specialized launching equipment.
• Familiarity with Launcher Supplier Operations and Maintenance Manuals.
• Strong understanding of local safety authority requirements and traffic management coordination.
