Site Supervisor (Formwork)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Site Supervisor to lead formwork activities across multiple construction sites in Singapore. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will ensure that daily operations align with project schedules, design specifications, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily on‑site activities for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and approved designs.
• Supervise subcontractors and on‑site workers, enforcing compliance with specifications and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance.
• Address and resolve any safety or quality issues promptly, maintaining Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, providing clear updates on site progress, challenges, and resolutions.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification such as Supervise Construction Work for WSH or Perform Work At Height (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in site coordination or supervision, specifically in formwork.
• Proficiency in English; Chinese language skills are a plus for communication with Chinese‑speaking associates.
