Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will provide technical and engineering support to the project team, ensuring that all construction activities are carried out safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. This role is pivotal in coordinating on‑site operations, managing risks, and maintaining compliance with construction drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and engineering assistance to the Project Team.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate foreseeable workplace risks.
• Implement and monitor safe work procedures.
• Liaise with Resident Technical Officer/Resident Engineer for site inspections.
• Coordinate with sub‑contractors and suppliers to schedule site works.
• Supervise structural, architectural, and M&E works to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot site problems to keep progress on track.
• Arrange machinery, equipment, and resources as needed.
• Ensure all works follow construction drawings and specifications.
• Maintain site safety and health measures throughout construction.

Required profile

• Recognized diploma in Engineering, Building, Construction Management, Architecture or NCCS.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in building projects.

Required skills

• Interpretation of construction drawings and specifications.
• Risk assessment and mitigation.
• Supervision of structural, architectural and M&E systems.
• Coordination of sub‑contractors and site resources.
