SMB Sales Representative – ASEAN

About the role

The SMB Sales Representative for the ASEAN region will drive new business and expand existing relationships for Palo Alto Networks. Based in Singapore, you will target small and medium‑size enterprises across Singapore and other ASEAN markets, positioning our cutting‑edge cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and convert SMB prospects into customers across Singapore and selected ASEAN territories.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas while maintaining high client satisfaction and long‑term relationships.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and record all activities in Salesforce.com.
• Utilise multi‑channel outreach, product demos and proof‑of‑concepts to build a robust pipeline.
• Collaborate with channel partners to extend market coverage and drive partner‑led growth.
• Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities and coordinate with Business Development Reps and Sales Engineers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience selling cybersecurity or related technology solutions to SMB customers.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong ability to manage a high volume of accounts and forecast accurately.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.com for pipeline management and forecasting.
