Software Engineer – Agile Product Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join an Agile, cross‑functional product delivery team. You will design, develop, test, and maintain mission‑critical digital solutions while collaborating closely with product, design, QA, and DevOps stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver functional, secure, and scalable software features from the product backlog.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, code reviews, retrospectives and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with QA engineers, product designers, DevOps, business analysts and product owners to meet technical and user requirements.
• Develop front‑end applications, back‑end services, APIs and software modules using the approved technology stack.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests and support automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipeline templates, applying DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Set up, maintain and troubleshoot development environments.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve software defects and post‑deployment issues.
• Produce technical documentation and participate in benchmarking and quality assurance activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of software development experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong fundamentals may be considered.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: TypeScript (Angular, React, Next.js), C#, or Java.
