Software Engineer – AI-powered Healthcare Platform

About the role

AICS is building a SaaS platform that delivers AI-driven solutions for real-world healthcare challenges. As a Software Engineer you will design, develop, and deploy distributed systems and AI services that support clinicians in their daily workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure systems for both cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Build and maintain high‑availability microservices and reusable frameworks.
• Develop AI agents and orchestration services that automate clinical workflows.
• Implement evaluation, observability, and performance optimisation for AI/LLM applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in agile sprints and continuously monitor system performance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience conducting peer code reviews to ensure code quality.
