Solutions Architect – APAC

About the role

As a Solutions Architect you will be a strategic problem‑solver, custom‑fitting Rogo’s cutting‑edge AI platform for elite financial institutions across the APAC region. You will design scalable, secure cloud solutions and ensure seamless integration with customers’ existing infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers during pre‑ and post‑sales engagements.
• Lead architecture reviews, guiding customers on integration, security and compliance.
• Partner with Sales to provide architectural guidance and technical validation for complex enterprise deals.
• Guide customers through onboarding, deployment and early adoption, and drive long‑term adoption and expansion.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Customer Success to represent customer needs and improve the platform.

Required profile

• 4+ years in customer‑facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager or Infrastructure Architect.
• Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, networking and security concepts.
• Proven ability to lead architecture and security discussions with senior technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
• High degree of ownership, organization and follow‑through on complex, long‑running engagements.

Required skills

• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Understanding of enterprise identity and access management, networking and security best practices.
