Sommelier – Fine Dining Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Sommelier to join Odette, a three‑Michelin‑starred fine‑dining restaurant located in Singapore’s National Gallery. The Sommelier will elevate the guest experience by curating and delivering exceptional wine pairings that complement our modern French cuisine.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously evolve a financially sustainable wine program that excites patrons.
• Implement strategies to maximise wine sales and cost efficiencies across restaurant and retail channels.
• Provide best‑in‑class wine service, creating individualized wine profiles based on guests’ tastes and price preferences.
• Advise guests on wine purchases, collection building and wine‑related lifestyle topics.
• Manage wine and beverage purchasing, inventory, maintenance and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wine suppliers to secure high‑quality products and favourable pricing.
