Spa Assistant – Fitness Centre & Spa

About the role

The Spa Assistant supports the Fitness Centre and Spa at our Marina Bay location, welcoming guests, providing orientation, and ensuring a seamless, luxurious experience throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, explain locker rooms, lounge areas and hospitality stations.
• Offer amenities such as water, juice, and heated neck pillows.
• Answer guest questions about property information and services.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and monitor the daily schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, treatment rooms, locker rooms and lounge areas.
• Handle trash, dirty linens and secure supplies at shift end.
• Stock towels, linens, supplies and amenities.
• Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions and complete required safety training.
• Follow company policies, maintain a professional appearance and protect company assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift objects up to 10 lb for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and a courteous, professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency for schedule checks.
