Operations Director (F&B)

About the role

The Operations Director (Food & Beverage) will lead the overall operational, commercial, and financial performance of the business. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be accountable for P&L results, operational excellence, and the management of key stakeholder relationships to drive growth and protect brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies that deliver sustainable growth, profitability and market expansion.
• Lead the achievement of revenue and operational performance targets, including new store openings and market development.
• Own P&L management: monitor sales, labor, food costs, operating expenses and cash flow, and implement margin‑improving initiatives.
• Partner with Finance and franchise partners to review performance, take corrective actions and present business reviews to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, HR, IT and Training to ensure successful execution of promotions, product launches and digital initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, quality requirements and service excellence, and manage brand operation audits.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in F&B, hospitality or multi‑outlet environments, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing P&L, driving revenue growth, controlling costs and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, brand standards and customer experience.
• Experience working with brand principals, senior management and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills.
