Sr. Client Account Manager (Growth) – Greater China Region

About the role

Pinterest is seeking a senior account manager to drive revenue growth for its largest advertisers in the Greater China export business. You will own a portfolio of high‑potential advertisers across verticals such as Apps, Ecommerce, and Gaming, and help turn data‑driven insights into measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 10–20 verticalized advertiser books, tailoring strategies to each vertical’s seasonality and maturity.
• Build and nurture relationships with advertisers, proactively discussing performance, optimization, and new growth opportunities.
• Translate partners’ export business goals into compelling data stories and actionable recommendations.
• Become an expert in Pinterest’s lower‑funnel and performance campaign best practices.
• Lead client meetings, including business reviews and optimization sessions, to present performance updates.
• Identify and execute cross‑sell and upsell opportunities using structured playbooks and testing frameworks.
• Advise on media strategies covering targeting, bidding models, creative, measurement, and alpha/beta testing.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in account management or advertising sales, preferably with performance‑driven advertisers.
• Strong analytical ability to turn data into clear insights and stories.
• Proven track record of managing high‑potential advertiser portfolios and delivering revenue growth.
• Excellent client‑facing skills, capable of leading business reviews and optimization sessions.
