Sunday Care Coordinator

About the role

To support the smooth delivery of daily programs and personalized care for seniors at GlowCare Club, ensuring their physical, cognitive, emotional and social well‑being through the Glow Method. The role focuses on care coordination and client engagement on Sundays.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up, conducting and cleaning up after activity sessions (cognitive, physical, social, creative).
• Motivate and encourage clients to actively participate in daily programs.
• Observe clients’ responses and progress during sessions and report to the care manager or therapist.
• Welcome and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring comfort and readiness for activities.
• Monitor clients’ well‑being, hygiene, safety and mobility throughout the day.
• Provide grooming, toileting and feeding assistance when required.
• Coordinate with caregivers regarding attendance, health updates and individual needs.
• Maintain accurate daily attendance, meal and observation records.

Required profile

• Compassionate, patient and positive attitude toward seniors and persons with dementia.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Observant, responsible and detail‑oriented.
• Physically fit to support clients in mobility and exercise sessions.
