About the role

This is a hands-on clinical role supporting patients throughout their surgical journey — from pre-operative assessment and diagnostics through surgery coordination and post-operative follow-up. You will coordinate closely with ophthalmologists and clinical teams on surgical cases.

Key responsibilities

Perform ophthalmic diagnostic investigations including Biometry, OCT, Visual Field Testing and Corneal Topography
Conduct and coordinate pre-operative assessments and ensure required investigations are completed
Manage the surgical workflow including surgery bookings, documentation, consent forms and pre-operative requirements
Coordinate closely with ophthalmologists and clinical teams on surgical cases
Support patients with insurance coverage, pre-authorisation, estimated costs and surgical billing matters
Conduct post-operative follow-up and escalate clinical concerns when necessary
Take ownership of assigned surgical cases from pre-op through post-op care
