Superintending Officer Representative Assistant

About the role

The Superintending Officer Representative Assistant will support the delivery of civil infrastructure, building development and airfield projects in Singapore. Reporting to senior project leadership, you will oversee contract administration, claims management and site supervision for complex construction contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Administer construction contracts in line with PSSCOC or equivalent standards.
• Manage claims, extensions of time and progress reporting for multiple projects.
• Coordinate site management activities, including supervision, quality control and safety compliance.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans and quality assurance procedures.
• Liaise with statutory authorities and ensure adherence to relevant codes and regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in civil infrastructure, building development, airfield or similar construction projects.
• Engineering degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• Proven experience as a Superintending Officer Representative Assistant or equivalent on a similar project.
• Strong understanding of statutory codes and contract administration.
