About the role

We are seeking an experienced ACMV Project Manager to lead and coordinate ACMV and mechanical works on building and industrial construction projects, with a focus on chilled water unit systems.

Key responsibilities

Lead, manage and coordinate ACMV/mechanical works for building and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
Plan, develop and control work schedules to guarantee timely completion of tasks.
Prepare detailed progress reports for clients and senior project managers, highlighting delays, defects and corrective actions.
Arrange and oversee site inspections with contractors, subcontractors and clerk‑of‑works.

Required profile

3‑5 years of relevant experience with an M&E contractor in a managerial capacity.
Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline.
Comfortable working a 5.5‑day workweek.
Advanced knowledge of local code of practice for design implementation.
