Supervisor and Formwork Foreman

About the role

AG Builders is seeking an experienced Supervisor and Formwork Foreman to lead on‑site teams in the execution of timber, aluminium and steel formwork, as well as concrete reinforcement works. You will ensure that all formwork and structural reinforcement activities comply with Singapore Standards and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and direct workers performing carpentry formwork and concrete reinforcement tasks.
• Verify that all timber, aluminium and steel formwork structures meet SS requirements.
• Read, interpret and apply construction drawings to guide work execution.
• Carry out formwork, reinforcement and concreting activities on site.
• Prepare cost estimates for formwork materials and calculate material quantities.
• Monitor shutter making and assembly processes to ensure quality and safety.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising formwork and reinforcement works on construction sites.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Strong understanding of timber, aluminium and steel structural formwork.
• Competence in cost estimation and material take‑off for formwork.
