Supervisor – Hubbing & Consolidation

About the role

The Supervisor – Hubbing & Consolidation will oversee the end‑to‑end movement of goods across the supply chain, ensuring accurate shipment planning and timely delivery for key customers. This role acts as the central liaison between customers, warehouse teams, and functional departments such as IT, customs brokerage, and transport.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all supply‑chain movements and monitor daily order and shipment planning across multiple transport modes.
• Coordinate with customers via email and telephone on documentation and administration matters.
• Communicate warehouse and shipping issues with IT, customs brokerage, transport, and freight teams.
• Ensure correct use of shipping documents (FTA, MSDS) and integration with the warehouse management system.
• Track and meet Key Performance Indexes for all activities, reporting KPI results.
• Follow up on operational issues, discrepancies, and damages with both customers and internal teams to achieve closure.
• Oversee export shipments and local orders, guaranteeing accurate documentation and on‑time delivery.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, drive cost‑control initiatives, and identify process improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Logistics, Shipping, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or freight forwarding environments.
• Proven experience in order customer service, shipping processes and documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and solve problems quickly.
• Service‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Word.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) platforms.
