About the role

The Supervisor will oversee business operations across Singapore, ensure standards are implemented, and provide regular performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

May be assigned to work night shift
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on operational results
Create and implement standards while holding people accountable
Oversee business activities and ensure timely reporting
Multi‑task effectively to meet operational goals

Required profile

Independent and fast learner
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to resolve issues and disputes
