Supervisor – Middle Management

About the role

J.YAN SALON PTE. LTD. is looking for a proactive Supervisor to manage daily operations across its island‑wide salon locations in Singapore. The role involves leading a team, ensuring safety standards, and driving efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Oversee and coach employees to maintain high performance.
• Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
• Problem‑solving capability.
• Willingness to work longer hours, stand for prolonged periods, and work weekends/public holidays.
