Supervisor – Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our foot and massage services across Singapore. The role involves coordinating staff, ensuring high service standards, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them clearly to the team.
• Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing work schedules.
• Oversee and coach employees to achieve performance targets.
• Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
• Ability to work longer hours, stand for prolonged periods, and work weekends/public holidays.
