About the role

We are seeking a Supervisor to lead our team at Sakuras Health Care Centre across Singapore. This permanent middle‑management position offers a salary of SGD 3,000‑5,000 per month and requires weekend and public‑holiday work.

Key responsibilities

Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Oversee and coach employees, identifying efficiency issues and suggesting improvements.
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Required profile

Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role.
Strong organisational, leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach and problem‑solving skills.
Willingness to work longer hours, stand for prolonged periods, and work on weekends/public holidays.
