Supply Chain Analyst – APAC Logistics & Asset Management

About the role

The Supply Chain Analyst will support logistics operations and asset management across the APAC region. You will be responsible for tracking fulfilment requests, maintaining inventory dashboards, and coordinating with regional teams and global functions. The role ensures smooth end‑to‑end processes, from order handling to vendor invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Track APAC fulfilment requests end‑to‑end, flagging risks to the Asset Manager.
• Maintain daily/weekly operational cadence, including open‑order, back‑order follow‑up and SLA breach monitoring.
• Coordinate returns, collections and reverse‑logistics activities with regional sites and global teams.
• Prepare escalation summaries, follow up on actions and act as first‑line contact for routine stakeholder requests.
• Build and maintain APAC operational dashboards and recurring reports.
• Monitor inventory dashboards, report stock availability and manage replenishment needs.
• Schedule cycle counts, perform variance audits and drive root‑cause remediation.
• Support inventory setup for smart lockers, vending locations and new stocking sites.
• Assist with new site activations, hub go‑lives and data‑centre deployments.
• Provide logistics support for M&A projects, source‑space monitoring and sprint tasks.
• Track courier vendor performance, compile scorecards and validate monthly invoices.
• Prepare RFQ and quote comparison packs for vendor negotiations.
• Maintain shipping and importation documentation for cross‑border movements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse or supply‑chain environments.
• Proven track record of optimizing supply‑chain processes to meet customer SLAs.
• Experience with asset management or inventory control.
• Hands‑on experience using AI to enable process automation and data analysis.
• Strong background in data analysis and process improvement.
• Familiarity with cross‑border shipping, customs and importation documentation in APAC markets.
