Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Analyst to support our APAC logistics operations. You will help define, build, manage, and measure global asset management while ensuring efficient fulfillment of internal IT needs.

Key responsibilities

• Track APAC fulfilment requests end‑to‑end, flagging risks and maintaining operational cadence (open orders, back‑orders, SLA breaches).
• Coordinate with regional sites and the global Reverse Logistics function on returns, collections, and new site activations.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards, inventory dashboards, and recurring reports.
• Monitor stock availability, schedule cycle counts, perform variance audits, and support inventory setup for smart lockers and vending locations.
• Assist with M&A logistics projects, source‑space monitoring, and sprint‑task execution.
• Track courier vendor performance, validate monthly invoices, and prepare RFQ/quote comparison packs for vendor negotiations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management and inventory control within a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Hands‑on experience with IT equipment distribution and collaboration with courier services.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for process automation and data analysis.
• Proven initiative‑taking attitude and capability to lead a small team.
