Supply Chain Operations Specialist Trainee – Warehouse & Logistics

About the role

As a Supply Chain Operations Specialist Trainee you will join Sanofi's newly built Tuas manufacturing site and support both quality‑controlled sampling and day‑to‑day warehouse activities. This 15‑month career conversion programme offers hands‑on experience in a GMP‑compliant environment while you develop core logistics and supply‑chain skills.

Key responsibilities

• Perform GMP‑compliant sampling of raw materials, single‑use technologies and consumables according to SOPs and sampling plans.
• Label, document and store samples, maintaining accurate records in LIMS or SAP while adhering to ALCOA+ data‑integrity principles.
• Execute inbound receipt verification, picking, packing and outbound dispatch of materials to manufacturing, QC labs and external partners.
• Coordinate quarantine, storage and distribution of incoming QC samples, ensuring traceability.
• Support investigations of sampling deviations, out‑of‑specification results and related CAPA activities.
• Maintain personal hygiene, gowning and clean‑room compliance in GMP‑regulated areas.

Required profile

• Interest in supply‑chain, logistics or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedural controls.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
• Eligibility for a 15‑month full‑time programme in Singapore.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GMP, cGMP and GDP regulations.
• Experience or training in sampling techniques and equipment (e.g., sampling thieves, syringes).
• Proficiency with LIMS and SAP for data entry and inventory management.
• Understanding of ALCOA+ data‑integrity principles.
