Global Supply Chain Data Analyst

About the role

The Global Supply Chain Data Analyst will lead the design, development and scaling of an AI/ML‑driven forecasting solution that supports both company‑owned and international franchise markets. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Business Planning, you will combine data analytics, demand planning and supply‑chain insight to deliver accurate, actionable forecasts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance an early‑stage AI/ML forecasting tool, covering data preparation, model building, testing, implementation and continuous improvement.
• Create a scalable solution that can be rolled out across multiple markets, adapting to varying data availability and business needs.
• Build and maintain a structured data foundation that consolidates demand, supply and market information for forecasting and future analytics.
• Identify, test and refine forecasting inputs such as promotions, seasonality, new store openings and product lifecycle.
• Evaluate model performance and translate technical results into practical insights for business stakeholders.
• Establish data‑quality standards, documentation and governance to ensure reliable planning data.
• Design and maintain dashboards that automate reporting of forecast accuracy, bias and OTIF performance.
• Monitor AI/ML developments and assess their applicability to demand planning and supply‑chain processes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve existing planning, forecasting and reporting workflows.
• Support demand‑planning activities for selected international franchise markets.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with strong experience in data analytics, forecasting and demand planning.
• Proven ability to develop and operationalise AI/ML models in a business context.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the capacity to work independently across multiple markets.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
