System Engineer

About the role

CrimsonLogic is looking for a System Engineer to provide end‑user support for its global staff. The role involves maintaining corporate IT services, ensuring device security, and assisting users with Microsoft 365 tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for Active Directory and Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office apps), including login, MFA, profile setup, and mailbox issues.
• Participate in 24/7 on‑call rotation to address urgent incidents.
• Process incidents and service requests through the IT Service Centre portal, performing triage, prioritisation and timely updates.
• Provision and configure Windows devices, peripherals and printers, applying standard builds and baseline security controls.
• Assist with Microsoft Intune tasks such as device enrollment validation, policy deployment checks and compliance monitoring.
• Perform routine checks and first‑line troubleshooting for network connectivity (Wi‑Fi, VPN, LAN), printing services and common application errors.
• Support user onboarding and off‑boarding, including laptop preparation and account access management.
• Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners; repair or replace equipment as needed.
• Test new technologies and maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
