System Engineer / System Administrator – Azure Cloud

About the role

We are looking for a skilled System Engineer / System Administrator to join our Singapore headquarters. You will manage Azure cloud services and provide comprehensive IT support to ensure smooth operations across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Deliver on‑site and remote IT support, including user onboarding/off‑boarding, device setup, collaboration tools and vendor coordination.
• Maintain local network connectivity, Wi‑Fi stability, system patching and support business continuity and disaster‑recovery plans.
• Monitor endpoint protection, perform vulnerability remediation, conduct access reviews and assist with cybersecurity incident containment.
• Maintain complete IT asset inventories, track equipment lifecycle, manage maintenance records and ensure secure hardware disposal.
• Analyse service trends, manage IT service tickets and align operations with IT governance policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 (M365/O365) and Azure cloud environments.
• Regional support experience is a plus.
• Cyber‑security exposure is advantageous but not mandatory.
