Talent Acquisition Lead - Management Consulting (Financial Services)

About the role

Capco is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead / Specialist to join its Singapore team, supporting the attraction and hiring of high-performing consulting professionals across the financial services sector. This is a strategic, highly visible role partnering with Managing Principals, Practice Leads, HR and senior business stakeholders to deliver strong hiring outcomes across Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management, Risk, Regulatory Change, Digital Transformation, Data and Technology Consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for consulting and advisory roles in the listed practice areas.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop hiring strategies, provide market intelligence and build proactive talent pipelines aligned to business growth.
• Deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience through sourcing, assessment, offer management and onboarding.
• Use talent mapping, recruitment analytics and market insights to influence hiring decisions and improve outcomes.
• Support strategic hiring initiatives and employer branding, and mentor junior members of the Talent Acquisition team.

Required profile

• Significant experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search or Consulting Recruitment within management consulting, financial services or professional services.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders and turning business priorities into recruitment strategies across multiple international markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, able to give constructive challenge and trusted advice.
• Data-driven, consultative approach and ability to handle several hiring priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Bonus points

• Experience recruiting in financial services consulting (Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets, Risk, Regulatory, Data or Technology).
• Knowledge of international recruitment practices across Asia-Pacific and other global markets.
• Experience with employer branding, networking events, campus recruitment or strategic talent initiatives.
• Experience coaching or mentoring recruiters, and familiarity with recruitment analytics and workforce planning tools.
