Technical Recruiter (Contract) - Singapore

About the role

Databricks is looking for a Recruiter to drive hiring of technical talent for its go-to-market engine across Singapore (ASEAN/Greater China region), covering Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers and the broader Field Engineering organisation. This is a contract position with full autonomy to bring new ideas to life in a high-growth, high-pressure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical GTM roles, from first outreach to close
• Partner with Field Engineering and Sales leaders on sourcing strategy, market mapping, competitive intelligence, compensation positioning and talent insights
• Engage passive, hard-to-reach technical talent
• Build and sustain talent pipelines that match aggressive hiring goals and APJ expansion
• Create closing strategies that win against competitive offers and manage stakeholder expectations with data
• Set benchmarks and metrics, drive workforce planning and improve the hiring process as the team scales
• Champion a world-class candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for Databricks
• Help build a diverse, inclusive, high-caliber workforce

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting in software, data or AI, ideally for technical GTM, pre-sales, solutions architecture or field engineering profiles
• Track record of scaling teams at a high-growth company
• Ability to build strategic partnerships and influence senior stakeholders with data
• Creative, resourceful sourcing approach and strong ownership
