Talent Acquisition Manager / Assistant Manager

About the role

Fuku is looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager or Assistant Manager in Singapore to drive recruitment and manage work pass matters. You will plan hiring activities and personally execute them, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to taking part in recruitment events and securing new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Develop recruitment plans based on manpower needs, hiring priorities and deployment timelines, driving high-volume hiring for ground staff and targeted recruitment for HQ roles.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle personally, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews and offers.
• Coordinate pre-employment documentation and onboarding with HR and operations.
• Take part in career fairs, recruitment drives and hiring events organised by e2i, Workforce Singapore and other partners.
• Track hiring progress, recruitment costs and sourcing effectiveness, and adjust plans to improve results.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations in line with MOM requirements, monitor expiry dates, application status and quota availability, and liaise with candidates, employees and stakeholders to resolve work pass matters.
• Work with the L&D team on documentation for training grant applications and claims, and carry out other ad-hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Proven hands-on recruitment experience across frontline or operational roles and HQ functions.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, with experience managing high-volume hiring and multiple priorities.
• Good understanding of fair hiring practices and applicable employment requirements.
• Comfortable taking ownership of both planning and daily execution.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Singapore's recruitment market, major hiring platforms and recruitment events, including those organised by e2i.
• Practical experience handling Singapore work passes and using relevant MOM portals.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a resourceful approach to sourcing candidates.
