Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Envision Energy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for corporate and technical functions in Singapore. You will partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to build strong talent pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for roles across engineering, project delivery, operations, sales and other functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection criteria and interview plans.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events and direct outreach, maintaining active pipelines.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely hiring.
• Support offer processes, including reference checks, compensation alignment and offer documentation.
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System and generate recruitment reports.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives such as career fairs and social media content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related STEM discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination.
• Strong interest in recruitment with a proactive, learning‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills and professional engagement with candidates and stakeholders.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore (Citizen/PR or valid Employment Pass).
