Talent Acquisition Specialist – Platform Responsibility (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Platform Responsibility team, which drives AI‑powered content safety solutions. The role is a 12‑month assignment through a third‑party agency and will work closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition partners to source and engage talent across all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end sourcing for multiple, complex searches and build talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, communicate logistics and maintain candidate communication throughout the process.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including talent mapping and market research.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition partners and hiring managers to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
• Advocate TikTok as an employer of choice and ensure a positive candidate journey.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of sourcing experience in a high‑volume environment (search firm or in‑house).
• Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
• Experience with talent mapping and delivering high‑potential candidate insights.
