Technical Architect – Semiconductor & Advanced Manufacturing

About the role

Arcadis Global Group is seeking a Technical Architect to lead architectural design and delivery for complex semiconductor and advanced manufacturing projects in the APAC region. Based in Singapore, the role will oversee projects from concept through construction, ensuring quality, safety and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and drive architectural design for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing facilities.
• Take ownership of the architectural scope from concept to construction, integrating quality, safety and sustainability outcomes.
• Integrate energy‑efficient building envelopes, low‑carbon material selection and circular design approaches.
• Champion EHS considerations, embedding safe design principles and compliance with health & safety legislation.
• Coordinate with process, mechanical, electrical, structural and automation disciplines to deliver fully integrated facilities.
• Develop technical solutions for cleanrooms, controlled areas and high‑hazard environments.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and client standards.

Required profile

• Qualified architect or highly experienced architectural technician.
• Proven experience delivering architectural scope on complex semiconductor or advanced technology projects.
• Strong understanding of sustainable design practices and EHS performance.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
