Technical Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead our site‑technical team in delivering high‑quality construction projects on schedule. You will coordinate BIM, civil & structural, M&E and architectural disciplines, ensuring design excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the multidisciplinary site‑tech team (BIM, C&S, M&E, Architecture) to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain the design programme, monitor progress, and resolve interface conflicts.
• Coordinate design matters with consultants, clients and authorities (URA, BCA, LTA, PUB).
• Review all technical documentation and drawings for accuracy.
• Lead design approval processes and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Distribute approved drawings and documents to relevant parties promptly.
• Identify potential risks and present design progress updates to management and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Singapore PE Board.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in building construction.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete (RC) structures.
• Proven ability to solve technical problems and make sound decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with consultants, clients and authorities.
