Technical Project Manager – Digital Twin & Spatial AI

About the role

TwinMatrix Technologies is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital‑twin, spatial AI, IoT and enterprise platform projects for government and enterprise clients across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from post‑sale hand‑over to implementation, deployment and go‑live.
• Translate client requirements into detailed technical project plans, timelines and execution strategies.
• Coordinate internal engineering, product, GIS, AI teams and external vendors to ensure on‑time, on‑scope delivery.
• Maintain stakeholder communication with enterprise and government clients, tracking scope, risks, dependencies and governance.
• Oversee technical documentation including project plans, statements of work and status reports.
• Support deployment of GIS, IoT, cloud, BIM/CAD and visualization solutions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in technical project management, enterprise software delivery or digital transformation.
• Singapore citizenship or permanent residency.
• Proven experience managing complex technical deployments in Singapore.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
• Experience with project planning, documentation and cross‑functional delivery.
