Technical Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Hiring

About the role

Flagright is building an AI operating system to fight financial crime. As the second recruiter in the company, you will partner directly with leadership to attract and hire the talent that powers product development, customer success and brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end hiring for engineering, product, design and customer‑success positions.
• Design and execute outbound sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on role profiles, interview scorecards and process improvements.
• Maintain transparent communication with candidates, delivering timely feedback and decisions.
• Manage pipeline data in the Ashby ATS and use insights to refine hiring practices.
• Contribute to employer branding and support global hiring across multiple time zones.

Required profile

• Based in Singapore with the right to work and willing to work fully on‑site.
• 3+ years of experience recruiting technical talent, preferably in a startup or scale‑up environment.
• Proven outbound sourcing ability with concrete examples of hard‑to‑fill hires.
• Technical literacy sufficient to discuss engineering work and evaluate CVs versus actual skill.
• Resilient, resourceful and comfortable owning targets rather than just tasks.
