Technician – Cable & Pipe Laying Projects

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Technician to support and coordinate our cable and pipe laying projects in Singapore. The role involves managing project documentation, regulatory submissions and system tools from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support cable and pipe laying projects from commencement to completion.
• Procure and manage cable plans, Notice of Commencement of Excavation (NCE) documents, and telecommunication route plans.
• Prepare and monitor regulatory submissions, including NCE applications and LTA Road Opening Applications, ensuring timely approvals.
• Submit as‑built drawings upon project completion to meet compliance standards.
• Monitor material balances and maintain the Master List for accurate claim tracking.
• Train new system users, set up accounts, and recommend system improvements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Accounts, HR and Project teams to align processes.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with cable and pipe laying projects is an advantage.
