About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Techno‑Commercial Business Development Manager to drive growth across APAC territories in the Oil & Gas sector. The role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to win new business and nurture existing client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct face‑to‑face techno‑commercial and sales meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- Receive RFQs, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and follow up to secure opportunities.
- Manage key accounts from project initiation through final reporting.
- Identify new business opportunities in both conventional and unconventional market segments.
- Respond to technical and commercial enquiries with accurate proposals.
- Collaborate with regional teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and pricing strategies.
- Support marketing initiatives, budgeting, forecasting and regional business planning.
- Coordinate with suppliers for parts and service quotations and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong background in technical sales and oilfield technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
