About the role

Join Tim Hortons at One Raffles Place as a Trainee Barista. You will receive comprehensive training to prepare and serve coffee, tea, and food items while delivering friendly, high‑quality service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a welcoming attitude and take orders.
• Learn to prepare coffee, espresso, tea and other beverages to Tim Hortons standards.
• Assist in preparing sandwiches, donuts and baked goods.
• Operate espresso machines, ovens and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas and adhere to food‑safety protocols.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and transactions professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift operations.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Passion for customer service and a positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Required skills

• Basic operation of espresso machines.
• Familiarity with POS system usage.
