Trainer – F&B, Hospitality, Culinary & Pastry

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic trainers to join ICAS Training & Education College (ICASTEC) on a full‑time or part‑time basis. You will deliver engaging instruction in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Culinary and Pastry, helping learners acquire practical and soft skills needed for the service industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed academic and lesson plans that ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate logistics with facility management to maintain smooth training operations.
• Deliver classroom and practical sessions that meet curriculum objectives and engage learners.
• Assess and grade assignments, practical evaluations, and other assessments.
• Design course schedules and curriculum content aligned with industry standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance throughout the learning journey.
• Continuously evaluate and update training content based on feedback and emerging trends.

Required profile

• Degree in any field or equivalent experience.
• Prior related working experience in F&B, hospitality, culinary or pastry.
• Possession of an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) is a plus.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
