T&T Manager – AI & Data for Japanese Client Services in SEA

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a Transformation & Technology (T&T) Manager to lead AI and data‑driven initiatives for Japanese client services across Southeast Asia. The role will support Japanese companies expanding in the region as they move from AI pilots to full‑scale implementation, helping them enhance competitiveness and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Japanese enterprises in SEA to design and execute AI and data analytics strategies across the value chain, including R&D, manufacturing, sales, after‑sales and corporate functions.
• Guide clients in rebuilding internal data infrastructure, strengthening analytics capabilities and integrating cutting‑edge AI technologies.
• Scale AI adoption throughout client organisations, moving from simple data visualisation to complex, large‑scale analytics.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary consulting teams to deliver end‑to‑end digital transformation projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of Deloitte’s AI & Data practice in the region.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consulting or delivering AI and data projects for large enterprises, preferably with Japanese clients.
• Strong understanding of AI, data analytics, and digital transformation trends in Southeast Asia.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to work across cultures.
• Leadership capability to manage project teams and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
