UI Designer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled UI Designer to shape intuitive, responsive user interfaces that align with business goals and brand standards. You will collaborate closely with UX designers and cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into high‑quality visual experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate business needs and user requirements to inform UI decisions.
• Lead the design of UI components, ensuring consistency with product concepts and design systems.
• Create high‑fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and style guides that follow brand guidelines.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze results, and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Monitor implementation to guarantee final UIs match design specifications and accessibility standards.
• Perform UI audits, analyze performance indicators, and propose continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, Multimedia, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑moving environments and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, layout principles, and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fluent Design (Fluent 1 or 2) is a plus.
